Data Import & Cleansing
There are approximately 650k plans for which the DOL provides 5500 data. Each plan can have up to 12 schedules that include the insurance contracts, actuarial filings, address, phone numbers, demographics, financial and trustee information, etc.

 

Pension Analytix cleanses all the data before it gets to a master database, ensuring that the plans in business with a non-zero asset value are accounted for within the system and target the profitable clients.


Analytics Engine
The analytics engine groups like plans in a 5-star system that inherently creates a mechanism for prioritization:


Based on a clustering algorithm.
Using market research based methods.
Trended financial data for multiple years collected from plan sponsors.

Data Segmentation
A further segmentation that is individual client based is done to align industry segments with specific client wants and needs.
