How do I access pensionanalytix.com?
You need to subscribe for our services under any of the following plans; Standard or Professional the one that best suits your needs. Onve you have subscribed, we will activate your account based on the Plan option you have desired and will mail you the validation link for confirmation Logon to www.pensionanalytix.com using this username and password.

How do I setup a paid subscription?
You can always sign-up as a demo user. Once you are ready to subscribe (either Individual plan or a corporate plan), please call (513) 328 3931 (7AM thru 6 PM EST), (732) 786 6359 (9AM thru 6 PM EST) or (732) 658 5654 (10PM thru 4AM EST) to talk to one of our Client Support Managers to walk thru the process. We can process Credit Card payments over phone and provide you with necessary access rights. You have the option of mailing a check (addressed to Pension Analytix Inc. to our sales office at 1012 Westchester Way Cincinnati, OH 45244. Once the payment is processed, you will receive an email (and a telephone call) to confirm your subscription.
I forgot my password?
To retrieve your password, go to the login page and enter your email address. For password, type “FORGOT” and your correct password will be emailed to your email account immediately (check your “bulk email” folder if you don’t see it in your inbox). You may also contact our customer support at support@pensionanalytix.com to rest your password during business hours 8AM EST to 6PM EST.
Can I share my account & password with others in at my work?
No. Pensionanalytix.com subscription is non-transferable
Does Pensionanalytix.com offer free phone support?
We offer free, unlimited phone support. Please email or call our toll-free number to schedule a free training. Quick questions will be answered on the spot, and phone training sessions can be scheduled in advance.

Data comes from DOL. Pensionanalytix.com's proprietary technology locates, isolates and converts unstructured data from the open Web into a searchable, relational database.
What browser do you recommend?
We recommend the most recent versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox. PensionAnalytix.com works on IE version 6.0 and above and Firefox version 3.0 and above.

Can I sort the search results?
Yes, you may sort the current page of results. To sort in spreadsheet view, click on the column headings to sort page. Click on a column twice to sort by either ascending or descending order.
